SE Customer Files Module:
The Customer Files Module allows you to easily send important files to customers without worrying about large files not getting delivered. An unlimited number of files can be sent, and an unlimited number of customers may be created.As an added layer of security, both files and customer logins may be limited to a certain number of days if desired.
Features at a Glance:
- Easily limit the number of days that the file will be available for download. This feature is great for time-sensitive proposals.
- You can create a single 'user' for a group of people and include all of their email addresses in the users profile. This allows a group of individuals to access and download the same files, without having to re-upload those files.
- You can upload as many files for a user as you like.
- When a new file is uploaded, the customer(s) gets an email telling them they have a new file.
- The system also reminds customers of their password and provides a link to your secure login page.
- You can include a custom message with each file, such as "Here are the new diagrams for project XYZ." This custom message will be automatically added into the e-mail that is sent to your customer.
